Returns & Exchanges

We hope that your TALVI product exceeds your expectations, but if it's not right for you, returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered with original packaging when applicable. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges cannot be made outside of the 30 day window. 

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Returns

  • Once we receive your return, an email will be sent notifying you that your item has been received and if a refund has been approved. 
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and a credit will then be applied to the original method of payment including any applicable sales tax. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
  • Please note, depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 Exchanges

  • Once your exchange is received, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. 
  • We will also notify you of the status of your exchange and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.  

 Shipping Costs

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the shipping cost to return or exchange an item is the customer's responsibility.
